Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return your order within 7 days of receiving the item from GLAM XL.  Item(s) must include the Return Authorization Number to process. 

Return Instructions:

1. All items returned must be new, unworn, and in original clear garment bag with SKU sticker and tags.

2. Return Authorization number must be included with the return.

3. Send return back within 7 business days of this submission to the following Address:

4. Send an email to glamxlxx@gmail.com with Authorization number, tracking number, and Reason for the Return

5. Please note, the return may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or declined if the above criteria are not met.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return. 

Discounted items MARKED CLEARANCE are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE.

Body suits, Face Mask and other sensitive items  are FINAL SALE due to the delicate nature of the item and Covid-19 restrictions

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
